ICDA is joined by Maddocks for this webinar on Best practice in addressing workplace sexual harassment in 2023: Where are we now?
The last few years has seen a range of new reports and changes to guidelines on how businesses should prevent, address, investigate and respond to workplace sexual harassment. Sexual harassment is a workplace health and safety issue, and organisations can?t rely on the traditional ways of investigating or use of non-disclosure agreements, given increasing expectations and scrutiny.
This session will provide attendees with an introduction to current thinking in preventing and addressing sexual harassment and victimisation, and what is likely to be expected of NFP employers in 2023 (including the proposed psychosocial regulations), so that you can start planning in your organisations. The Maddocks team will continue to provide updates and seminars throughout the year to assist you with practical implementation.
